E-shop security

We take the security of our site users and their personal and financial information very seriously. For this reason we use online credit card processing facilities provided by PayPal.

PayPal is a secure online payment method, which allows you to pay for goods easily without sharing any of your financial information. Paypal deliver one of the most secure payment platforms in the world. When you pay with PayPal your financial details are never shared with sellers or retailers, so you’re more protected against fraud. We also protect your purchase in the unlikely event that something goes wrong.

Safeguarding your financial and personal information is one of PayPal’s most important priorities. They automatically encrypt all sensitive information sent between your computer and PayPal systems, ensuring your information is kept private and secure. What’s more, you don’t have to open an account with PayPal to use their services. You can simply use their secure system to pay by credit or debit card.

The ‘geeky’ bit

When registering or logging in to the PayPal site, they verify that your Internet browser is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher. Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 168 bits (the highest level commercially available). PayPal store your personal information and ensure it’s heavily guarded, both physically and electronically. To further safeguard your debit and credit card numbers and your bank account details, PayPal do not directly connect our firewall-protected servers to the internet.

The terribodell network does not hold any financial information relating to users of this site. We have taken great care to make sure that our users can purchase from us in confidence knowing that their information is secure.

If you want to know more about PayPal’s policies, they can be found here at PayPal.
